Meeting Minutes
Sept 1, 2010
The Vizsla Club of Eastern Iowa met
Monday, September 6, 2010 at the Laughlin/Donham farm. Those attending
were the Laughlins, Bruns
family, Frier family and Kelley Donham.
Business discussed was the upcoming hunt test on October 2nd and 3rd
and the field trial on October 16th and 17th. Nate Schmidt is secretary
for the hunt test and Darcy Bruns for the field
trial. Both events will be held at the dog trial area of Pleasant Creek
State Recreation Area. Club members are asked to attend and assist at
these events, if possible.
No other business was conducted. The club enjoyed training
dogs and the Frier puppies. It was nice to see
some young puppies again. There are still two males available. The
pups are out of Mike's female and Kelley's Dusty dog.
